  Went there today to get new windshield wipers before the storm. It was raining heavily and everywhere was crowded with people, particularly in the store. Despite the pre-storm craziness and weather, the female employee who rang me up was extremely friendly and pleasant and took her time in finding me the best deal possible for my wipers. I got ready to pay and leave, already feeling good about such a pleasant experience, when she started taking my wipers out of their packaging to make sure I would have the correct adapter for them to fit on my car. With the help of her male coworker, she figured out the best fit for my car and then he proceeded to take the wipers outside and replace them for me. I never asked for help putting them on or gave any impression that I would need help doing so, but the two of them automatically went out of their way to go the extra mile to help me. These aren't people who collect tips, and this isn't a garage. All they had to do to do their job was sell me the wipers and move on to the next customer, but they both pleasantly and without hesitation went above and beyond in their service. Even if it was a small gesture, it was one they didn't need to do but they did anyway. This is the kind of service, the kind of business, that will definitely come back to and send my friends over to.
