  Since I’ve started doing Pilates, my posture and core strength have been better than ever! It has given me a full body workout without sweating and feeling any pain. Every time I get the opportunity to partake in this activity I’m all for it. I also love getting to meet new people each time I go. It’s a positive environment and all of the employees encourage you. I 10/10 recommend it to everyone who wants to try something new and exciting!
