  We hired Elton John Designs (Elton John Strawderman) to begin work on our custom garage floor.
  The initial quote stated the work was to take 3 days.
  
  Work initially began on January 21, 2016. On January 29, 2016 the work was still not completed. However, Elton stated the work would be completed within 24 hours.
  
  We were going to be out of town, and he asked that they receive final payment. Against our better judgment, we gave him the final payment.
  
  We are currently more than 30 days overdue, and there has been no further work completed. The work that is complete is in our opinion of subpar quality.
  
  We have been promised work completion multiple times. The last conversation Elton stated he was getting paid from another job, so then he could afford the additional materials to complete our job. Apparently the money we paid him has been lost, and he cannot even purchase materials for the work.
  
  I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ELTON JOHN DESIGNS. We will be proceeding with criminal and civil charges against this company.
