  TERRIBLE. worst pizzeria experience EVER!!! another customer and i walked in at 4pm when they open for biz . we were the first 2 orders. we both ordered a pizza to go and was told will be ready in 15 minutes. I paid, and waited....and waited, AND WAITED. at a half hour i inquired about my order and was ignored. 45 minutes later i demanded an answer from another waitress. she went into the kitchen and returned with both our orders... both the 1st customers pizza and mine had gotten cold (room temp). i asked to speak to the owner. the waitress returned from the kitchen and told us he's very busy right now and can't talk with you. we BOTH demanded to speak to the owner about a 45 minute wait for a 15 minute (cold) pizza and the gutless coward didn't even have the courage nor integrity to come out from the kitchen to rectify their problem. not a we're sorry for the mix up, not a we're sorry for the wait, not a we're sorry for the cold pizza, not a we're sorry but we will fix it and comp you're order....NOTHING. we even gave a heads up to the waitress to tell the owner (hiding in the back) that if he doesn't make this right we're BOTH going home and writing a "BAD" review... NOTHING. the owner obviously doesn't care about unpleased customers.

  We USED to love this place, but since new ownership much is changed. Their sauce is still delicious; however, the consistency and crust are varied from the original! Deeply disappointed! Our regular, weekly business we will be elsewhere!
