  It's amazing to me that builders build just to make money, not thinking about the tenants. Paper thin, not leak proof walls, and a whole 660 square footage STARTING AT $1260 plus with all utilities to be paid by the tenant is ridiculous and should be illegal!!! Just because you put in fake looking wood floors, and a cheap non-branded stainless steel stove, or darker but cheap wood cabinets, doesn't mean you can charge up the ass for rent! 21 available units as of today, and that should tell you that 1. you are overpriced, 2. the bad reviews are going against you.
  Do you ever think about the wages that people who actually work in this area make? Not everyone is retired with a million dollar IRA! Having to make 3x the rent, when 80% of the employers pay you $9-13/hr. Meanwhile, these builders can make beautiful luxurious places for 55+ and charge them $800. I hope the property owners and management rot in hell from greed!
