  They cleaned carpet on July 22 and left it so wet that as of July 24 it was still damp after running a/c on 74 and fans 48 hours and me attempting extraction of the moisture with my own vacuum. They came back on July 24 and machine they used made the carpet even wetter. The techs even commented that the machine had been leaking previously but they thought it had been fixed, so they brought up another apparatus. The hose they brought up had black dirt all over it which got on carpet and tile and required more cleaning. The entire process required my extra time and effort to remedy the problem and take added time off work, not even sure if I now have mold under my carpet. The techs who came out were very nice and did their best with what they had to work with. However, the attitude of Jeremy, apparently a manager, was very rude even though I was trying to be diplomatic when I called to discuss the issue and ask for only a partial refund based on the the added time and effort on my part to remedy it. He flatly refused and then hung up on me. Sad this is not the level of professionalism they used to have, especially when it was under the previous owners as Greenway. They charged me $341.75 for the carpet/wood laminate cleaning and scotch guard on the carpet in a small condo (approx 750 sq ft of space cleaned), which I think is rather steep.
