  I feel like ordering to-go for a first experience is really not the ideal way to try a new place... But I did, and it was fantastic! I ordered the "Pig Mac" ( I think that's what she called it) sandwich, which consists of pulled pork with a good portion of fried Mac and cheese on top and comes with two sides. My cracker roots show when I ordered fried okra and collard greens to complete the meal. Everything was flavorful, especially the bit of heat in the greens! I'm a fan of how the (generous portion) of pulled pork was packaged in a separate container to keep your bun from being a soggy mess. Barbeque sauce was included in a separate container as well. Overall, my first experience was a great one, even being take out! Will definitely be back to sit down, eat and have a beer!
