  Splash did an outstanding job on my pool remodel! From the moment I called them on the phone to when they completed the job. They showed they actually cared! Well done!

  I am not actually the one that had the pool installed, my neighbor was. In order for that to happen, Splash Pools needed to use my yard in order to get to my neighbor's backyard to dig the hole. Eric from Splash Pools came to my door and asked if they could do that and I said yes with the understanding that my yard would be put back the way it was before they drove through it with their backhoe. Eric assured me that they would take care of any damage to my yard that they caused.
  Towards the completion of the pool, Eric once again assured me that they would be fixing the damage they created the side of my yard and I was contacted multiple times by Jim, whom I believe is the owner of Splash Pools and was reassured by him that they were going to have a landscaper come out and fix everything. A landscaper did come out and gave an estimate but I never saw them again now I am stuck with a huge mess on the side of my house that we can't even walk through because of the amount of mud. I have an appointment with an attorney to discuss my options on recouping money that I'm going to have to lay out to fix my yard.
