  This will have to be the 1st Starbucks that will receive 5 stars from me in the entire state of FL. Since I moved here from New York, I was in arguments with Starbucks after Starbucks. Manager after Supervisor. All of whom which were working off the wrong information. I have spoken with Starbucks customer service many a times, and they have informed me over & over again that there was no such policy. In fact, it was the precise opposite of what they were doing in almost every location! Starbucks policy dictates that their clients be the ones to pour milk in their own cups. I even purchased a mug of theirs. So, on the island, along with napkins and condiments, there should be a approximately 3 canisters of milk. For some reason, most of the Starbucks here decided to keep the whole milk behind the counter. Some don't even bother putting any canisters at all! Here's the kicker! When you request it (as you would if the canister were empty), they (not all, but many), pour some in the smallest cup they have! When you ask for more, so many times they told me that they would have to charge me! I asked who said this, I was told their manager or supervisor. Again, Customer service always sided with me. Unfortunately, it never gets all the way down to the store locations. Well, this one gets 5 stars because I hit them up twice, and both times to my surprise, they had all canisters out correctly. I felt like I was back up north. Good for them. If only the other stores can come to their senses and realize that they are actually going against Starbucks policy. Starbucks needs to have a meeting with the district managers and have them retrain their staff.
