  Ordered an indo board from their website with no problems. Went out of town for 2 days. Checked my email upon returning and noticed there was a problem with the order (the board was cracked). The customer service rep told me to pick another style and told me to pay an additional $55 (Half of the total shipping) in order to get it here by Christmas. When questioning him why I would have to pay when the problem was on their end, he told me that it was my fault for not checking my voice mail and not giving him my cell phone as the contact # (gave my home #). He then told me he had tried to contact me 3 days and had left several messages. No. He left one message and had only called 2 days. Then he literally hung up on me for questioning his lies and garish behavior. So, needless to say I will never use this company again.
