    Baseboards and door jam were damaged during installation. Tacks could be felt on feet in doorway. Carpet came unattached from doorway after 2 years. Carpet severely buckling. We paid over $1200 for one room of carpet and it is not holding up. This was in a bedroom and we do not wear shoes in the home or have pets. Customer service is not as good as Lowes or Home Depot.
