  I would Never take your children here! My daughter was there 2 - 1/2 days and has a face full of scratches and a black eye! They intermingle the age groups at different times during the day and clearly don't watch them carefully. The outside toys are disgusting, the inside is old, and it doesn't look like it is cleaned/sanitized daily. You really get what you pay for here.
