  Nice place but.....
  
  Overall, it has been less than a satisfactory experience. Here are the issues:
  
  1. Trash service is added to your bill for $25 and they often skip your unit, they are late in picking it up and they are rude when you complain about their lack-luster service. Unacceptable.
  
  2. Leasing staff are less than helpful. They threaten to fine you if your dog poops in the woods, if you leave your trash can out too long, or if your kids use the computer room after 7PM. The ‘regime’ rules with an iron fist.
  
  3. Upon move-in, the water smelled like eggs, the door was damaged, the thermostat was broken, there were no light fixtures in either bedroom, and the unit was dirty. I complained. Not resolved and no discount on the rent.
  
  4. Gate to parking lot is consistently broken
  
  5. The “Free” Coffee, as they bragged during the tour, is constantly being overrun with ants, out of cups, out of creamer, and is not replenished, except when they want to fool prospects on Saturdays.
  
  6. Did I mention that they will call you to complain or to threaten fines? In return, they accept no accountability for their deficiencies.
  
  Don’t get me wrong, it’s s nice place and if you’ve been in the Army, it’s a slight upgrade from barracks housing, but the amenities come with a cost.
