    Was told my flooring wouldn't scratch. Was told that I "could take a hammer to it" and it would be fine. Less than 10 months later, there re scratches. Additionally, the floors are impossible to keep clean. Customer service said floors are "scratch resistant" not "scratch proof" and that we were "outta luck" Stay away.
