  Dr Hanusa has been my primary care physician for 8 ½ years. I am now 65 years old.
  I have NEVER had a doctor that has addressed my medical issues as timely and thoroughly as Dr Hanusa. Both he and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The doctor I saw before him actually had put a hand written sign at the window that said; “All referrals take a minimum of 72 hours, if this is an emergency, then go to the emergency room at such & such hospital!”
  I went to see Dr Hanusa yesterday for chest congestion that had been with me for over 2 weeks. I had a 1pm appointment, and after 15 minutes with his nurse, he came in by 1:30. He spent about 20 minutes with me, when I left I drove directly to get a chest x-ray, and then stopped at the pharmacy and picked up my 2 prescription’s, that had been e-mailed in while he was still in the room with me. I was back home by 3pm.
  I understand that all appointments and referrals’, and follow-ups don’t go that well. There have been longer waiting times, although I don’t remember ever waiting more than 1 hour, and from what I hear from other friends, an hour seems to be about the average wait time for any Dr.
