  The service I received was horrible it started out OK we had ordered the family meal I specifically asked if that would come w white rice or could I substitute ... They said it came w white rice..then they said 45-1hr. It took and 1 hr and 30 mins. Being two miles from my house I find this to be insane. Also no white rice... Surprise . kids hungry and upset. I called them they said well we didn't charge you for it. They also did not offer or supply silverweare and their egg rolls where poor like they had been reeheated. Never again.

  Waited over 2 hours for delivery. After I called asking to just please refund my money the Gentlemen on the phone would not give me a refund. Kept telling me the driver was on the way.. 20 mins later still not here and I live within a mile of this place. Food is always great but what takes so long on a Monday night for Chinese food? I was going to decide to just still have her come since she was now out side until the man on the phone kept telling me NO NO NO NO. No apologizes no respect at all just flat out rude! I Asked to speak with a manager apparently no manager there. I spoke with him on the phone for a good 7 mins asking to refund my card it was after 9pm to late to eat. He could only tell me NO. Called back the next day politely asked to speak with a manger, same guy on the phone told me "no manager here" started talking another language and HUNG UP ON ME! I called my CC company to dispute the charge, glad they are handling that. I am just in disbelief what a joke. I will never ever order again!

  Horrible food. We ordered for a decent size group and no one was happy. The meat in the lo mein looked and tasted old, the egg rolls were basically just a fried roll of tasteless ingredients and the wonton soup was very weird. Only thing that was decent was the white rice and garlic chicken.
  
  I called to speak to the manager and they hung up on me twice, never using this place again. Take your business elsewhere!!!
