  I don’t like the new process. I am working father that doesn’t have much time off during Monday and Friday. I took my 14 year old son in to get a photo id and was told I needed to make a appointment. There was no one in the waiting room. There was 3 people sitting behind the counter. I think they need to re-evaluate the process to better service the customer and am a customer and a tax payer.
