  It's run like most government entities. You are NOT the customer. There is NO competition. You have to go to them (any of the tag offices) they're all the same. You are a pain in their colon and make that clear. They WILL find something you are missing or the system says you are. So you WILL be back. They couldn't care less, as much as they try to.
