  The online payment system has always been poorly designed and difficult to deal with. Now, the "new improved online payment" system is requiring social security and drivers license information. I have very little confidence in the security of my information with a company that could never get their website working efficiently. I'd rather pay the postage and not worry - suggest you do the same.

  I have officially moved COMPLETELY out of the state and had to do so because of my job...and I STILL HAVE NOT been able to get anyone to return my emails or calls about setting up a date to turn off my water. It's impossible. And I've sat on hold for so long so many days in a row that I am completely over being nice about anything.
  
  Also, I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem but I can't set a callback appointment by pressing star. It's like the phone system doesn't even register my request when I press the Star button.
