  We have lived at the Palms of Cortez for many years. When we first moved in it seemed very nice. Quiet neighbors and well maintained property. In the last year however it has gone down hill in a big way. We constantly have a revolving door of noisy neighbors and the maintenance of the property is basically non existent other than lawn service. The pool deck area is disgusting with trash everywhere for weeks on end, as well as the club house area that leads to the pool. Trash in the hallways and the floor is filthy. There has been an increase of trash all over the property and there seems to be neither a community who wants to pick up after themselves, nor a management who wants to keep the property looking attractive. Either way, I've had enough.
