  Worse place ever!! Total scam and con artist! I have called over 10 times saying to cancel membership they keep telling me it has to be in person or certified letter. I can not do either have repeatedly told them i do not live within 300 miles of them and not able to!
  Scam they have received over a year of membership from me without even stepping foot in there! And now refuse to stop membership

  Love planet fitness! But have had some not so good experience at this location. The staff at the desk are so unhelpful, unwelcoming ! I had to wait for a employee at the desk to stop texting on his phone to answer my question! Their rude attitude is unacceptable, and so is the manager!
  And my favorite circuit workout is always being used by elder that sit and talk on the machines. It’s NOT regularly monitored by staff!! I should enjoy wanting to come to the gym, but makes me angry when I get there, from the staff to the the 30 min circuit workout area. Might be canceling my membership AGAIN.
