  I normally love publix but have had a few too many poor experiences here. Today i called ahead to have balloons ready for my daughters birthday. They werent even started when i got there and i ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to be done. I get that they are busy but i would have appriated an accurate wait time. Its a really busy day for me and i dont have time to be waiting around.
