  Been a customer for over 12 years. Would not let me deposit a $12 check from daughter in law. Will be leaving this bank. Terrible customer service!

  While transferring my VA comp direct deposit, I was informed by the VA that the routing number for this bank has been blocked due to dubious business practices and or fraud. I'm going elsewhere for banking and closing all of our accounts.
