  I wish I could give 0 stars. First, my wife called and set up our appointment, to which they stated they WERE in network providers for eye med, but did not quote a price during the entire phone call. They said that the purple contacts she wanted WERE going to be extra, but never once have a price. On the appointment date, we arrive, and find out that not only am I going to have to pay 75.00 out of pocket per person (which even by their incorrect math, 85 percent over a hundred, it was still too high), the contacts weren't even going to be covered. I double checked my insurance, and called them back where they advised AFTER I HAD LEFT THE OFFICE that their exams are 160.00. They were ACTIVELY trying to rob me. Avoid this location like the black plague, they have no idea what they are doing.
