  My mother went to your shop to have her Coolant Fan Switch replaced and beyond the fan not working after a day of it being replaced, the owner yelled at her because she came back asking why it broke. Regardless if it was the mechanic's fault or a faulty switch, there is no reason to raise your voice to paying customer. Please learn how to treat your customers with respect.
