    GREAT PLACE. RATES HAVE GONE UP LIKE EVERYWHERE ELSE IN TOWN BUT THEY ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY HERE AND WILL EVEN WAIVE LATE FEES IF TOU FORGET FOR A COULLE DAYS!
