  Joel Perez is the most awful employee i've ever encountered in my life. First time i ever went in was about 1 month ago to look around and he asked me "do you want something or not" so i left. His english is terrible so that doesn't help.
  
  Went in 2 weeks ago and Charlie was amazing, helped me get an iPhone 8 but i didn't want it so i returned it today.
  
  My husband and I walked in to get an iPhone 8+ and a iPhone X for myself. His exact words and i quote were "apple phones suck and apple rapes you to pay for apple music" excuse me? rape ? wow how awful coming for an employee and also no one asked for you unsolicited advice. Didn't have either phone in a 256 and said no other stores have it so don't bother. Meanwhile I wish i had went to the corporate store on Cortez first because they're the real deal and awesome.
  
  I ended up going back to Joel because it still showed that i had an iPhone 8 and couldn't upgrade with corporate at&t. He said i don't know how long it will take to process in the system so you have to ask them. Cleary he doesn't know anything about customer service , the company or the system. Also i arrived at 5:55 and he had the door locked and all the lights off. I obviously still went in because 5:55 is not 6p.m.
  
  There's a reason why he sits on his phone the whole day with nothing to do, because that store employs idiots.Oh yeah, funny thing another couple that came in for help was also later seen at the corporate store where I was and said the service there wasn't good.
