    This Dude is very Serious about the quality of his Food... Some say he was an acclaimed Chef who got tired of the rat race, others say he was dropped from Taco Heaven...Go between 10 and 5 and don’t cut it to close.. Guy is pretty laid back....I had a Beef and Bean Burrito On St Patty’s Day that saved my Life !
