  Went in to rent items for a large party we're having that would've equated to a few thousand dollars for them. The person behind the desk was working with another customer and I stood in line. Another worker approached me and asked what I needed, when I explained what I was looking for he said the person working the desk would need to help me. Before I could even respond that I didn't mind waiting the person behind the desk yelled at me very aggressively, "just wait! I can only help one person at a time!"
  
  I immediately left and found US Tent Rental, they were extremely professional. I paid a little bit more but it was worth not having to deal with a company that employs rude and arrogant staff.
